12-Day Ayurvedic Healing & Rejuvenation Retreat

The 12-Day Intensive Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat is a comprehensive program designed to provide deep healing and rejuvenation through a series of Ayurvedic treatments, yoga sessions, and holistic therapies. Each day is structured to promote relaxation, relieve stress, detoxify the body, and restore balance to both the mind and body.


Days 1-3:
The first few days focus on introducing the Ayurvedic treatments and practices. On Day 1, you’ll have an initial consultation with the main doctor, who will assess your health and tailor treatments for your specific needs. This is followed by a head, body, and face massage, and a soothing herbal or steam bath to promote relaxation. Days 2 and 3continue with early morning yoga sessions to enhance physical and mental balance, alongside head, body, and face massages, and herbal or steam baths to release tension and refresh your body.

Days 4-7:
On Day 4, the program introduces Shirodhara, a calming Ayurvedic treatment in which warm herbal oil is poured on the forehead to soothe the nervous system and reduce mental stress. This is followed by body and face massages, along with another herbal or steam bath. Days 5 and 6 continue the use of Shirodhara, alongside face massages and intensive body massages, designed to relieve deeper muscle tension and encourage detoxification. The focus during these days is on relaxing the body, enhancing circulation, and addressing any built-up stress or fatigue. Day 7 is similar, ensuring that deep relaxation is maintained

Days 8-11:
On Day 8, you’ll have a middle doctor consultation to assess your progress, followed by a head massage, a thermo rice massage (using warm rice packs to soothe muscle tension), and a face massage. Thermo rice massage is particularly effective for deep muscle relaxation and improving circulation. Days 9, 10, and 11 continue with the combination of head massages, thermo rice massages, and face massages, along with herbal or steam baths. These treatments aim to further reduce any remaining stress and tension in the body while promoting overall well-being.

Day 12:
The final day begins with head, body, and face massages, followed by a flower bath, which nourishes and revitalizes the skin while providing a calming experience. The program concludes with a meditation session, allowing you to integrate the benefits of the treatments and leave feeling mentally and physically rejuvenated.
Throughout the program, the combination of yoga, Ayurvedic treatments, and specialized therapies such as Shirodhara and thermo rice massage work in harmony to detoxify the body, improve circulation, reduce stress, and bring balance to the mind and body.
